Shipping

The Dvotion team is always looking out for our customers. That is why we work towards getting you your order as fast as possible. However, even though we ship your order very quickly there may be some delays in the mailing system that is out of our control.

• Orders are shipped with a courier company.
• The courier company delivers to the address you want (home, work). In inaccessible areas you receive your order from the nearest branch of the courier company.
• The products are available upon order and based on available stocks
• Delivery is processed up to 14 days from the order.
• Shipping costs are borne by the recipient
• For orders over € 40.00 shipping costs are free. (Only applies to orders with shipping address to Greece.)
• Orders below € 40.00 are charged with € 3.00 shipping fee.
• Cash on delivery costs are € 2.00 for orders with a minimum total of €10.00 and a maximum of €60.00. (Please note cash on delivery only applies to orders with shipping address to Greece.)

For large volume and heavy orders, your order is shipped with a transport agency. In this case, unfortunately it is not possible to pay by cash on delivery. The value of the order must be paid by a bank deposit in a bank account of our company.

NOTE: International orders may be subject to extra charges due to customs fees by the destination country. Dvotion has no responsibility if those charges occur to you.
